The techniques introduced in our woman self-defense class have been refined over the years to focus on the easiest to learn and perform.  We cover leverage based techniques so you can counter common grabs and holds from bigger and stronger opponents.  Our experienced martial arts instructors work with you to help you better understand basic observation, orientation, decision and action thought process to help keep you safe before you need to get physical.  You also learn basic striking and targeting to help you get away and get back to home safely.
