Our Karate Kids program is design to keep our students engaged. We help them practice listening skills, focus, and being respectful of others while they learn skills of self defense. Our kids martial arts classes help create a strong mind, body and indomitable spirit with a focus on the importance of positive personal development and traditional martial arts values. Unleash your potential with high-energy fitness kickboxing classes. Our dynamic kickboxing workout includes body weight, weight assisted exercises and kickboxing drills that work the whole body with lots of focus on abs, glutes and legs.
Our kickboxing classes burn calories, tone muscles, teach you how to strike and gives you an awesome workout!

Our Woman Self Defense class will increase your ability to defend yourself. We teach simple to learn movements that use leverage to counter holds, basic striking, targeting and awareness.

Martial Arts & Fitness Institute staff prioritize the well-being of all our students in training. We vary our workouts to keep classes fun and exciting. Our facility has new padded floors, climate control and off street parking. We run a structured martial arts curriculum that is layed out from white belt to black belt and beyond so you know what you will be learning and when. You will continuosly learn new material while building a stronger, healthier more coordinated body from which to launch your self defenese skills from. We nurture new students from knowing nothing to becoming something awesome!
